A UK retreat is where we offer you some calm beautiful space in the UK. Being in a different environment & with different people will help you reflect on how you are living your life. The venues we use are usually in nature in the Kent area.

You can attend a 1 Day Taster Retreat or a Weekend Break.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON A UK RETREAT

Fun Activities – This retreat will include a range of FUN activities such as bike riding, canoeing, high ropes climbing, trekking etc.  The aim of these retreats is to laugh a lot!  Have lots of fun & enjoy the company of your fellow travellers.

Fitness – Fitness retreats are aimed at promoting & increasing your current level of fitness.  This retreat is suitable for beginners through to advanced – anyone looking to get motivated & inspired to improve their fitness. 

Well-Being – Mindfulness – Relaxation – These retreats are all quite similar.  You will enjoy peacefulness in nature & be encouraged to “switch off” from your everyday life.  “Me Time”.  Learn about Personal Awareness & being Mindful, take part in Guided Relaxation & Meditation sessions.  Learn about Personal Development.
