WHAT IS THE CLASS ABOUT?
Small group.
You will spend 30mins seated learning & practising meditation, followed by 30mins lying (or seated) to listen to Guided Relaxation.
The room is darkened and the practise is done with eyes closed.
WHO IS THE CLASS FOR?
The class is for both genders.
If you lead a very busy, hectic life which you feel is out of balance
You just want some “chill out” or “me time”.
You struggle to sleep due to an over-active mind.
You suffer from continuous negative thoughts.
You feel out of control with “life”
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
You will need to bring a mat to lie on. A cushion & a blanket.
