You will be offered meditation, relaxation, gentle movement & various awareness style workshops. You will learn how to become grateful & appreciative of your precious life.  This enables you to “see things differently”.  With gratitude you will find happiness & things will seem less daunting or worrying.

Through meditation & relaxation you will be able to “tune in” to yourself & start to hear the answers to your own questions.

You will learn to TRUST yourself.
