Fitness Activity Weekend – Thorpe Woodlands

What’s included:

  • Accommodation Friday & Saturday night

  • All Classes

  • All 3 Activities (Tree Top Canopy Course, Mountain Biking & Team Challenges)

  • Camp Fire Night

  • Breakfast Saturday & Sunday (Cereals, Toasts, Jams & Fruit)

What’s NOT included –

  • Transport to or from the venue (Parking is FREE)

  • Lunch (There are places to buy lunch if needed but you are advised to bring your own snacks)

  • Alcohol (Please bring your own)

Friday (Day 1)

  • Arrive at 5pm.

  • Bootcamp/Circuit class at 6pm – 7pm

  • Chef cooks dinner at 8pm

  • Drinks in social area room.

Saturday (Day 2)

  • Breakfast 6:30 – 8am

  • Boxing/HIIT Class - 8:30 – 9:30am,

  • Activity –  10.30-12

  • Group 1 Mountain Biking

  • Group 2 Tree Trekking

  • Group 3 Zip Wire

  • Group 4 Big Swing

  • Activity 12-1.30

  • Group 1 Tree Trekking

  • Group 2 Mountain Biking

  • Group 3 Big Swing

  • Group 4 Zip Wire

  • Lunch 1:30 – 2:30pm

  • Activity –2:30 – 4pm

  • Group 1 Zip Wire

  • Group 2 Big Swing

  • Group 3 Mountain biking

  • Group 4 Tree Trekking

  • Activity 4-5.30pm

  • Group 1 Big Swing

  • Group 2 Zip Wire

  • Abs & Stretch Class - 5:30 – 6:30pm

  • Dinner – 7:30pm

  • Camp fire evening @ 8:30 – 10:30pm

Sunday (Day 3)

  • Breakfast 8-9am

  • Power Wave - 10 – 10:30am,

  • Activity –  11-2pm

  • All groups Team challenges & Low Ropes

  • Stretch Class 2-3pm

  • Lunch/Farewells 3-4pm
