Chi Ball is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine & encouraging the body to move in harmony with the cycles of nature.

Each time the seasons change, the movements of the routines change offering an internal massage and stimulation to different organs.
It is a very gentle well-being style class incorporating elements of:-

Relaxation
Using a small coloured, scented ball.

The movements are very controlled, soft & flowing, some standing & some lying (or on a chair)
WHO IS THE CLASS FOR?
This class is for both genders.If you are just starting out on your health & fitness journey, then this class will ease you into the introduction of exercise. If you do a fitness regime, this class will balance your fitness energy with calmness & relaxation.
If you suffer from stress or anxiety, this class will help to lower blood pressure & calm the mind. (This class is also suitable for those with limited movement. It can also be done in a chair)

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
